Filler migration can make the entire mouth area look larger and heavier — not just the lips themselves.

In this case, migrated filler blurred the lip borders and created fullness above and around the mouth, giving the appearance of an overfilled lower face.

By dissolving first, we were able to fully reset her anatomy and see her true lip shape again.

When we re-filled, volume was placed only within the lips, restoring definition and creating a soft, pouty look — without adding bulk to the surrounding area.
