I needed this reminder today. 🙏🏻❤️ Do you get preoccupied with what might happen ahead instead of being happy with what is right now? I do! But Jesus. He knew that our human hearts get troubled and stressed. He knew how future-focused we can get. He reminds us, right now, today, is all you need to focus on. That's enough to handle. 😔

God, give each person reading this enough strength for what they face today. Amen.

TODAY is here!! 🥳 It is my 7th business anniversary!! I am so honored to have helped all of the brave women who put their trust in me, as their Therapist, and welcomed me on their health journey. It has been a blessing! 🙏 And now, to be re-united in the practice with my dear friend and colleague, Shayla Parker - so exciting!!
