🚨 Defend Disability Rights: Section 504 is Under Attack! 🛑

For decades, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act has been a bedrock of civil rights, guaranteeing that disabled people can’t be discriminated against in schools, hospitals, and any program that gets federal funding.

But a major lawsuit is threatening to weaken or even dismantle these protections, putting the rights and accommodations of millions of people—from students with 504 plans to disabled patients needing essential health care—at extreme risk.
