Water therapy is so good for the nervous system.

When your crown is immersed in water, especially warm water, it naturally shifts out of stress mode and into regulation. This happens because water stimulates the
parasympathetic nervous system, the part of your nervous system responsible for rest, digestion, and recovery.

Heart rate slows, breathing deepens, and muscle tension begins to melt away.

Water also provides gentle, consistent pressure around the body, similar to a full-body hug. This pressure gives calming sensory input that helps the brain feel safe and grounded, particularly helpful for people dealing with anxiety, burnout, trauma, or sensory overload.
