This quote perfectly describes what is happening during a tuning fork session. The matter, “your body” is transformed due to the vibratory activity “frequency of the tuning fork”. The fork emits frequencies that are “higher/stronger/lighter/faster” than the low vibrations that are usually being held in the body. These low vibrations are dense, stagnant, slower energies ultimately resulting in an energetic imbalance, physical and/or mental dis-ease, and unhealthy relationships and trouble breaking patterns in your life or attracting things/experiences to you which do not align with what you “really want out of life.” When the tuning fork is struck, the vibratory force is greater than that of which is currently within the body.
