Whenever I come across teams with trust deficits or struggling to come together into high-performing unit, it's incredible how often I see superficial and surface conversations and a complete lack of presence with each other. However, what's often missing is a dialogue or discourse on whether current CEOs possess the emotional, spiritual, moral, and mental agility needed to sufficiently address these increasingly demanding priorities that essentially tip the scales of our humanity.
