Whenever I come across teams with trust deficits or struggling to come together into high-performing unit, it's incredible how often I see superficial and surface conversations and a complete lack of presence with each other. Radical presence means turning off the mental and creating a deep, authentic connection with one another. Without this, no team can shift towards innovating a new future and become high performing.
