A. a 2 full days masterclass during the week
B. a 2 full days masterclass on Saturday and Sunday
C. a 9am- 12:30pm Mon-Fri for 1 week

For 2023, ask yourself what is one habit you have that you know you need to change?

You know in your heart that this habit is not serving your best interests, whether physically or emotionally or both.

This habit is putting up a roadblock between where you are now and where you want to go.

The first step is to become aware of this one habit, to become aware of how many times and all the ways this habit is affecting how you think, how you act and how you feel on a daily basis.

I suggest you keep a journal or record notes on your phone so you can fully see all the ways this habit is impacting you.

Just pick one habit for now.

Change in life is not possible without creating the positive habits that will bring about the changes we seek..

Notice good things, look for them, and appreciate them.

Pay attention to those good things.

Here are some ways to practice gratitude:

1. Start a gratitude journal.
-Every day write down up to three things you are grateful for.

2. Thank someone new every week.
-Take the time to express gratitude thoughtfully

3. Meditate.
-Different guided meditations, allow us to widen our perspective of life and our connection to ourselves and other beings.

Try to practice gratitude daily and let me know if you feel more positive emotions, sleep better and express more compassion and kindness.

Don’t allow anything to discourage you from making progress.

It doesn't matter if it's little or big.

Keep moving forward.

Make yourself a priority.

Fill yourself up so that you can give more to others.

Putting yourself and your needs first is not selfish.

It's something we should all do because we all matter.
