Super grateful for these individuals always leading from the front and staying by my side through the lows and highs. Nobody tells you how hard running a business is.. all you see is the highlights and rewards on instagram.

I’ll tell you one thing though, it will cost you sleep, time, cutting things/people off, sacrifice, grit, discipline, and the list goes on but when you do stick it out through all the highs and lows and give in abundance to everyone you can on the way, it will reward you in so many ways.

So no matter where you are in life remember that you need a good circle around you when it gets hard, you need god, and you need to seek out help because if you don’t then you’ll never get to where you want to be. You can’t do life alone.

The maxed out summit conference over the weekend realigned me with the fact that your success isn’t based off your talent. It’s about consistency. You win by showing up when most people hit snooze. The best things in life come from the days you don’t feel like doing it.

That’s the separator.

I don’t even know where to begin. Sometimes, I want to pinch myself because there’s no way my life has changed this much in such a short amount of time. But then I realize that this isn’t a dream; this was all meant to happen because I’ve always envisioned and manifested it. It didn’t come from luck—it came from taking big risks, failing over and over again, and never giving up, even when I lost faith in the bigger picture.

Three years ago, I was asked to leave my whole life—family and friends included—to go to the Virgin Islands to run a construction job. Now, I am leading a huge sales team, which is the best thing I could have ever asked for. Every step of the way, no matter how hard it got and how much the odds were against me, it didn’t stop me from leveling up and overcoming every obstacle in my path.

Yesterday, I was reflecting on this same time last year when I had a team of about 8 to 10 agents. Now, when we went to take a team picture, we couldn’t even fit everyone in the frame! My team is the greatest gift God has given me; they are true champions and are changing their lives daily. They are the reason I am able to do what I do and they inspire me to be the best version of myself. The culture and energy we share are unmatched compared to anything else I’ve experienced, and this is just the beginning. We are currently one of the top 5 FSL teams in the nation, and despite being one of the smallest teams, I’m excited to see what more we can achieve this year. We’re just getting started.

Bottom line: sometimes, you need to take a moment to reflect on your life and be grateful for what you have. So many people out there aren’t as fortunate to have or do what you can. God has a plan for everyone, and if you trust Him and keep pushing forward, you will reach your goals. Be honest with yourself and God, and remember that you can’t do it alone. Don’t hesitate to ask for help when you’re unsure of what to do, and the rest will follow.

Truly grateful for this opportunity, my team, and for the people around me who push me to do better everyday. My life took a 360 degree turn from being a foreman and operating heavy machinery to sales and now leading an amazing sales force of incredible people.

Took a HUGE risk to start something I had ZERO experience in, and it was definitely worth the risk. Moved to Tampa with nothing or no family down here and started this career just a little over two and a half years ago and have been able to accomplish so much, along with immense personal growth. Went from earning about $150k/yr in construction to now about to earn my first SEVEN FIGURES this year.

Blessed and beyond grateful for everyone and everything in my life and I thank GOD everyday. Everything happens for a reason and if you just do good by people and work hard with no excuses then it will come. Trust the process and life has a crazy way of coming around full circle. Nothing is just handed to you, you gotta go out and get it. Once you realize nobody is coming to save you then that’s when it really will kick it into overdrive.

Absolutely speechless… to think two years ago I was living in a completely different place (on an island) and in a completely different career, is absolutely wild to me. I want to thank everyone around me that has helped me along this journey so far to be the best version of myself and level up.

Hitting 4 million dollars in issued business and now being promoted twice within the short amount of time I’ve been here, just shows you that anything is possible if you want it bad enough and actually just do the things you told yourself you were going to do with no excuses.

The greatest fulfillment for me though over the course of my time here is definitely being able to help others change and level up their own lives personally and financially. I’ve learned and grown so much this year in all areas and Im looking forward to continue to help and grow my team, my leaders, and my agents in 2025, to all be the best versions of themselves.
