Had a nice dinner
It was damn good.
Japanese theme but Americanized. No funky overpowering fishy flavor.
Savory, sweet and tart combinations. Togarachi, furikake, caviar, katsu, and a myriad of sauces and Japanese mayo. Best prepared fish I’ve ever had. Crispy outside, moist and flaky inside. The attention to details in conception and production is outstanding. Flawless ex*****on. All dishes made perfectly. Excellent timing. Maybe two minutes between putting down the fork, and having old plates removed and replaced with hot/chilled fresh dishes and wine paring. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been wanting to eat .hydepark for some time, so we chose to go while my sister was in town visiting from Chicago. It was delicious and a great atmosphere. We all enjoyed caviars and dumplings for dinner and a spicy flight of vodka! Would definitely recommend and plan on going again.

Played a little with Josh last night. We made a beef 🍲 stew and it was goood.

Did you know I am a chef and still love to cook even tho I can’t use my hands and it is difficult to speak clearly? We still are making the recipes I have learned and love.

Trying something new with some words by Camus “In the midst of winter, I found there was, within me, an invincible summer”
We easily went for a walk today with Deb & Julie(my helpers). With the new ramp I feel no fear of being hurt leaving the house anymore. I met a neighbor, Stephanie, for the first time. She is very nice and is willing to help too. We could really use more funding to get me the care I need. Deb has been coming 2 days per week and for January she’s now coming 3 days per week, thanks to the Turkey trot in November.
