TGH Home Care powered by VNA of Florida is seeking a Full-Time Home Health Care Scheduling Coordinator with 1–2 years of home health scheduling experience.

We’re looking for someone who can perform under pressure, communicate effectively, and take initiative to keep patient care running smoothly. This role is responsible for managing daily scheduling workflows, staffing patient visits, collaborating with clinical leadership, intake, and billing teams, and ensuring documentation and productivity standards are met.

From tacky holiday attire to a delicious team potluck and a festive White Elephant gift exchange, it was the perfect way to celebrate the season with the people who make our work so meaningful. 💚
