Every mom who walks through my door as a new client has some type of stress. It’s inevitable.
And it’s not surprising that their response when I ask what they do to de-stress is “um… I don’t know” 🤯
I spend a lot of time with my clients on meditating and breath work 🫁 to help learn how to reduce that constant tension in their jaw, neck, glutes, pelvic floor and it is AMAZING how quickly they start yawning and RELAX! 🥱
I am guilty of trying to do it all! Be a wife, mom, daughter, sister, friend, physical therapist, volunteer, etc. and where is there any room left for yourself?
