We keep you safe in our hospitals with non-slip flooring; our hospitals also have comfort height toilets in your private bathroom. Safety and confidence start with the right preparation. We help patients and families build strength and independence through balance exercises, mobility training, and home safety education. Before discharge, our team educates our patients and caregivers on home safety by providing home checklists and tips on preventing falls.

We help families and caregivers manage challenges related to mobility and daily function. We offer support groups for conditions such as stroke, Parkinson’s disease, amputation, and even one specifically for caregivers. Patients and their loved ones can attend these support groups where they hear from other’s experiences, learn about available resources and know they aren’t alone. Our hospital Case Managers assist our patients and loved ones to prepare for their return to their community with the resources they need to enjoy life at the fullest.
