Everyody needs a little time, caring and devotion to one's true self ~ By way of Massage, Yoga, Sound Bath, Meditation & Breathwork, I hope to heal the World ��� I seek to help a wide range of individuals, from the sports oriented, to the the house wife, to the many people who sit in front of a desk in an office day in and day out. Implementing various techniques, through massage, I help work out

the kinks in your system. :) I specialize in Myofascial Release, deep tissue, trigger point and sports therapy, guasha, cupping, as well as neuromuscular work, inlcuding the application of Muscle Energy Techniques. I try to help educate you on your body, inside and out, on the effects of massage, breathing techniques, proper use of restorative postures, stretching and structural rebalancing. Through intuitive touch, I assist in relieving the body and mind of the accumulatied tensile patterns caused by everyday stress. You're gonna love the results. Hi. After surviving the flu, here is my calendar for the remainder of January and for February 2025.

Im so looking forward to some wonderful connections and interactions in the coming year. Nidras, meditations and sound sessions to vibe higher and feel free. Theres nothing like these peaceful practices to instill trust, abundance and success for ourselves and for our community.

2025 is going to be one hell of a year. Im here for it.

We will be moving, breathing, finding stillness for peace and restoration of the human spirit. We'll delve into sound and even raise our voices in February to open the connection of the throat and heart chakras thru mantra and singing. I Am collaborating with a dear friend to create a very special workshop at the end of February. More to come on that soon. Please sign up. I'll feature a morning practice in February and a few stand alone breathwork and sound healing journeys.

The goal is rest, peace, fun and community. Im all in.

Wowee, 2024 is winding down with a bang.

We only have a hand full of classes left in 2024.

SAMADHI provides a place, a space, for us to slow down and savor whats left of our existence as the World moves into a new era and as we slowly say good bye to another year on this beautiful planet.

So much halabaloo and our poor little Central Nervous Systems demand replenishment. Our body, mind and spirit cry out for stillness and peace. Restorative practices are the bridges between the inner and outer world.

Our inner Peace is the beacon that calls opportunity, release, procurement, develops our intuition and brings us closer to our own innate knowing. UnEarthing answers we already carry within. When we take a moment to listen, those answers rise to meet us in tangible spaces. What was out of our reach becomes clear as we find our own Samadhi.

These practices I offer put us ever closer to knowing ourselves authentically just by spending some time mindfully, peacefully, lovingly, compassionately; being within our little community.

I offer all of this Peace and Practice for $15 bucks along with your contribution of 90 mins of devotional time. Lol. What a fu**in deal. 🧚‍♀️🪐💫⚡️✨️

Wow, what a month its been. Finally getting around to posting the calendar for the remainder of October 2024 ~ so ghoulish!

Here we are after so much clearing and cleansing. Water. Wind. Stress. Oh my! My hopes are that everyone is ok. Despite losses, and despite the stressful moments we've all been through in the passed 2 weeks.

This schedule offers renewal. A chance to reset the breath, the nervous system, the body and to regain some semblence of routine. If youre new to Restorative Practices, theres no time like the present to bring these incredible practices into your life. Breath Awareness. Stretching. Sound Healing. The practice of Yoga Nidra. All good stuff.

Hopefully, we can start to leave behind some of the whirlwind of these two storms and start to look forward to the holiday season. Its been amazing to witness so many people helping each other. I cant help but feel a sense of something new ahead of us. My prayers are with you all!

Class Schedule for September 2024
These offerings are the type with a slow drip. Some of them are for strength, all are for peace of mind, a reset for your Central Nervous System, providing a cleansing frequency, and a pretty cool little community of people. Happiness. Contentment and laughter. We cant forget to laugh and have fun. To be at Peace and create space for sweetness to enter our lives and a place for it to stay.

I attended a hardcore yoga class yesterday and once again, my body speaks to me. I was happy to attend with a very dear and sweet friend. We went to Kava Culture after for a quick chat, some delicious Kava cocktails (No alcohol of course as we are both sober girls) and in talking we realized that neither one of us really cared for hardcore yoga at this time. lol. The practice itself was incredible but we are in transitional times, being constantly bombarded by hardcore information. So when I practice, I want that time to be spent helping me unwind, become less static, inviting stillness, space to breath life into each posture, to free myself in the areas of constraint and contraction, and so Ive started to slow down. Its just my current state.

I have also been loving lifting some weights and doing mobility work, and although the heat has been killing me, lol, Ive adopted some really long, grounding and amazing walks with my pups. I know we're so close to cooler weather and I can taste it. Rasa. The flavor, the juice, the essence ... change is afoot. My body and spirit reflect it.

So here we are with so many possibilities to slow down this month, to be mindful; To take respit in The Self. Please also let me know if I can answer any questions about classes with a quick text.

This month's mantra is: RELEASE THE GRIP - Everytime you find yourself holding on for dear life, in any part of your day, in any areas of your life, feel into and breath into, Releasing the grip, exhale and let things flow, rather than holding on so tightly. Me Too hee hee.

Providing the types of peaceful practices that bring us Home to the Self ~
✨️ 💛 Lovin from the

I love spending time with my people. Sharing our stories and coming back to the basics of the Heart. Taking time to open the body, learning to receive, exploring the uncharted territories of stillness. Expanding joy. And, of course, spending time with Me and the pups. Hee hee. Bathing in sound. Being guided through Nidra. Breathing in Life. Moving in ways that warm the heart. Meditating in a space of comfort. Creating ease and gentleness.

With Restorative yoga, we get to learn new ways to manage our lives. Renewing to bring about improved sleep, melting away stress and anxiety, improving our memory, healing from trauma, improving cognitive function, helping manage PTSD, and improving athletic performance. As well as, (with consistent practice) increased alertness, faster reaction times, lowered blood sugar levels, lowered blood pressure, and reduced pain and inflammation. You cant lose with these types of practices.

Here we go ...

With a heavy heart I announce the sunset of Samadhi. Samadhi is closing.

Ive been advised that the building is up for sale and Im pretty much done.

Its been a great time.

I loved every moment at this location.

I absolutely appreciate all the people who have supported my little space.

I Am present to all the knowledge and well-being Samadhi instilled in me in our time together.

When I look around the studio I see Me. The space was just a place where I bloomed. And as all blooms do, they do fade.

I got the opportunity to strengthen myself as a teacher, a speaker, a presenter and a leader. I got to slow down. I got to care for an extension of myself that I had never had the opportunity to explore before on my own.

Ive met amazing people and made some really incredible friends.

There wont be anymore classes to follow at Samadhi as it exists in its current state, as I Am Samadhi, not the space.

In the coming months, I will send out notifications for a few workshops, nidras, sound healing and classes around town that Ive been working on.

For now, I bid this space adieu ~ Peace will forever be within Samadhi. Sunrise always follows every sunset. And as every bloom drops, another part begins to regenerate, new blooms await.

I hope I was able to help a few through some times of need in finding their within. For now, I will be taking care of mine.

She's just as beautiful raw and naked during the day as she is at night, frosted in all her sparkling ✨️ twinkling ✨️🧿 exuberance.

This studio is one of the most serene places Ive ever had the opportunity to work in, to share myself with and to merge into. Everytime I step foot in here, time stops. Its like Ive been transported to a little space carved out in Heaven.

I just want to Be here.

Last night I did a little impromptu class. It started as an hour class, but turned into 2 hours. I put myself into everything I do, fully. Its was Fabulous 🖖🌸🤞

This is my little space, an extension of my heart. 💚💕

Its peaceful, dreamy and elegant in my opinion. And of course, thats the one that matters.

I dont do much advertising. Good ol' word of mouth. Ive started to build my own little community. Its a slow grow. Im ok with that because this is special to me and not to be shared with everyone.

I get to explore myself as another person here. I get to step into new rolls and wear unknown hats. I get to reside here, like coming Home for me. It smells so yummy. Listening to music, lounging, stretching, cleaning, setting up, rearranging, being in Stillness, etc. Etc. Etc. Its all bliss.

Its Wonderous to have a place that allows me to shut away the entire World, while allowing God to bring in the individuals he deems right for this experience, right here, right now. Forever Present Moment.

I never dreamed this for Myself. I repeatedly asked for Peace, Communion, Enlightenment to surpass my shortcomings and He delivered me into Samadhi.

Come by sometime.

This Saturday I'll be hosted a Reiki Self Healing class at 10 am. 2 hours. $30.

Inviting in presence. Attunement of the now moment. Itll be fun. I bring treats. You may learn something pivotal to aid in your self healing journey. Awareness is the key.

Samadhi's Schedule for the remainder of March and April of 2024 ✨️♈️

Restorative yoga may have the appearance of being a passive practice but it has powerful and wide-ranging/reaching benefits to both the body & mind.

We acheive more by softening & relaxing, than by forcing our way through. Releasing tension, focusing on the breath & combating feelings of overdrive.

Restorative practices deeply relax the body, still the busy mind, release muscular tension to improve mobility and flexibility, improve the capacity for healing, balancing the nervous system, boosting the immune system, helping to develop qualities of compassion and understanding toward others and self, as well as, establishing a foundation of overall Peace, Wellness & Connection. Allowing you to be present in your body, spirit & mind ✨️

Resting/Accepting. Do you remember the feeling of being truly relaxed; your body soft, warm and supple? Do you recall feeling so comfortable in your own skin that you hardly notice your physical body?

And what about that laid back feeling of watching everything from a distance with a big smile on your face, knowing beyond a doubt that everything is ok, exactly as it is. In this state, you know that life is just as it is; that there is nothing to accept or reject.

Do you remember what its like to rest in your true nature?

The true meaning of yoga is to experience union. To see through the illusion of a seperate being.

For me, Restorative yoga is a wonderful way of accessing deep relaxation; of understanding that sometimes doing nothing (resting in the now) can be one of the most powerful, supporting & healing practices of all.

Conscious relaxation stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system which slows the heart rate, regulates blood pressure, relieves anxiety, insomnia, headaches, and other stress related issues.
