Stretching, keeping mobility through movement is essential for elderly people… Have you ever been unable to fully inhale or bend or turn feeling you should be able to do more but can’t?…. People under appreciate a stretch session where elongating muscles through exercises is targeted. They want to feel “the burn” thinking that’s what working out needs to be, to be worth it… sometimes.., yet other times they just need to BREATH … and MOVE… with ease….
