Permit me to introduce Dr. Ilka Y. Nazario, MD, an internist and pediatrician of remarkable resolve, whose devotion to healing extends far beyond clinic walls. As the leader of her Direct Primary Care practice, she champions prevention, compassion, and care for the whole family, tending not simply to symptoms, but to souls.

Yet what lends her presence a deeper gravity is not her white coat… but her courage.

As a breast cancer survivor, Dr. Nazario understands intimately how illness weaves itself into every corner of family life. She has faced it. She has overcome it. And now, she chooses to dance in solidarity with families walking their own battles.
