Our sessions last 30 minutes we offer one on one sessions and small group training's. Our service utilizes a six part total fitness plan that includes: weight training, cardio, nutrition, hands on stretching, lifestyle modifications and health/fitness education. Why PRIME Body Studios , because fitness and good nutrition truly change and improve the lives of both men and women everyday and for a lifetime. Too many people are burdened with obesity, overweight, muscle tightness and weakness, breathlessness, tiredness, poor sleep, and other preventable health issues that can be prevented and reversed. Prime Body Coaches are made up of a group of very dedicated Certified Personal Trainers, Dance Instructors, and College athletes with a variety of certifications, degrees, experiences, passions and specialties, as well as a Sports Nutritionist and a close network of Registered Dietitians.

As a nutritionist and strength coach, here are 3 combinations I would never program or recommend:

1. High-intensity / max-effort training + sleep deprivation + under-fueling

Walking into your heaviest session of the week on poor sleep and no food isn’t discipline, it’s dysfunction.

Sleep and nutrition directly impact:
😳Force production
😩Coordination
💔Injury risk

This combination doesn’t create PRs… it creates compensation patterns and breakdown.

2. Excessive food intake immediately pre-training + poor digestion timing

More food isn’t better if it’s mistimed.

Large meals too close to training shift blood flow toward digestion instead of working muscles, leading to:
😤Sluggish performance
🙃GI distress
🤬Reduced output

Strategic fueling > random fueling.

3. Chronic under-eating + high training frequency (2-a-days, 5–6x/week)

You cannot out-train poor energy availability.

Low total caloric intake paired with high volume leads to:
😖Impaired recovery
😖Hormonal disruption
😖Decreased strength and performance

Progress requires adequate fuel and recovery not just more work.
