This past year was tough. I faced depression and had hit a plateau in my life and career. I stopped training and doing the things that got me here. Isolation only made it worse. Three months ago, I decided to make a change. I started training hard and slowly began to rebuild my confidence. Now, I’m back in shape and feel amazing. If you’re struggling, I highly recommend doing something active—run, lift weights, ride a bike. Challenge yourself and you’ll start rebuilding your confidence and overcoming that fear, anxiety and depression that’s controlling your life.
