🌸 Turn on some FUN music and have a 30-second DANCE PARTY (WOO HOO!! 💃💥)

Even when I’m working, I’ve snuck in a quick meditation in the bathroom or stepped outside for a grounding reset. These tiny moments make a HUGE difference. Taking care of YOU isn’t selfish — it’s essential.
