Celebrating 84 Years of Love, Wisdom, and Legacy

This weekend, we honored our father’s 84 years of life—a man who walked this earth with unwavering joy, certainty in who he was, and a heart full of love. An immigrant from the sweetest island, Trinidad and Tobago, he embodied resilience, grace, and wisdom in the most effortless way.

He never allowed the world to fluster him, always reminding us of what truly matters. His words still echo in my heart:

“Live the Life You Love, Love the Life You Live.”

A simple yet profound mantra that he not only spoke but lived every single day.

Daddy, your light continues to shine through us. Your laughter, your lessons, and your love are forever woven into the fabric of our lives. Thank you for showing us what it means to live fully, love deeply, and move through life with grace.

Forever in our hearts. ❤️

✨ I feel like I blinked… and just like that, my babies, the ying yang twins are now young adults. ✨

It feels like just yesterday I was chasing little feet, wiping sticky hands, and soaking in those sweet giggles. Now here they are—standing tall, finding their way, and walking out their journey of Becoming 🥹

Time is wild. One minute you’re tucking them in, the next you’re watching them take on the world. But no matter how grown they get, those little versions live forever in my heart.

From then to now, and every moment in between—what a gift. ❤️

Awww fun fact on this day 7 years ago I was dubbed a as I walked across burning coals , Unleash the Power Within!

A pinnacle moment when the illusion of limitation was SHATTERED. Now, as I approach my 50th Journey Solar Return (Nov 14th), I stand in awe of how that threshold moment raised me up calling for me to 🙌🏾. 🔥

That firewalk was more than conquering fear - it was a sacred initiation, dismantling outdated beliefs and birthing a new, more powerful expression of who I AM. Each step on those coals was the internal rumble and reminder as my soul roared with excitement, ‘You are so much more than you’ve acknowledged and allowed yourself to BE!”

So here I stand in full acknowledgment of the masterFULL being that has emerged from every transformation, every breakthrough, every sacred YES to becoming more. That younger me who faced the coals was already hearing the call of infinite possibilities. yes Yes let’s GROW and GLOWup Gurl!!!!

Here’s to continuing to SHOW up in the full expression of the Divine Source Creator! To walking through every fire that purifies, every threshold that transforms, and every moment that liberates us into our highest truth. ✨

At 50, I’m not just aging - I’m ascending, expanding, and alchemizing into an even more powerful manifestation of LOVE.
