Message From Our Founder

It is truly an honor and privilege to represent our healthcare clients. It takes a true calling to work as a frontline caregiver for our elderly and frail population. Our team likewise has a true calling to tell the stories of our caregivers and to show the acts of kindness and wonderful care that they perform every day for their patients. When a new case is assigned to Ullman Bursa Law, it is imperative that in the first 60 days of the life of the case that the pertinent medical records be analyzed and the relevant caregiver witnesses be interviewed so that the strengths and weaknesses of the matter may be ascertained. With this initial investigation and analysis, we are able to collaborate with our client to determine whether to settle the case for a particular value or take the case to trial or arbitration. We firmly believe in working as a cohesive team with our client, along with our client’s insurance carrier or third party administrator to achieve the best result. When we are assigned a high exposure trucking case or professional liability or general liability case, it is equally important to recognize that our clients are dealing with a stressful situation. As such, it is important that we come to know and understand our clients’ business model and operations and appreciate their values. This helps us in defending their interests and then working toward the most favorable result in a cost-effective and efficient manner. Ullman, Managing Partner & Founder

The Biden Administration displays its short-sightedness when it comes to skilled nursing facilities. The Administration ignores the fact that when you have community spread of COVID-19, no amount of counter-measures is going to prevent the virus from entering a facility. The Administration’s announcement also completely ignores the staffing shortage crisis and the tort reform that is needed to reduce the onslaught of frivolous lawsuits that plagues our nation....
