200hr All Levels Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training
January -October 2026
In 10 months you will become a certified Lucky Cat Yoga Teacher of All Levels Vinyasa Yoga teacher who will be able to register with Yoga Alliance. You will learn the art of yoga and meditation, that includes essential foundational postures, yoga anatomy, meditations, breath work, yoga sequencing, mantra, prop use, history, philosophy, intro to: chair, kids, and prenatal yoga, and the business of yoga.

+plus 1-2 hours of a virtual component.

Yoga and music nerds Eric and Erin Wheeler created Dark Wave Yoga and House of Yoga classes to yolk together their love of yoga and music. Essentially, a place where music lovers could experience yoga without the pressure to have to perform.
Candles and low lights,
Dark Wave Yoga is a unique vinyasa flow class, set to the often melancholy and dark sounds of new wave, post-punk, gothic, industrial, alt rock music, and even films. Everyone is welcome. Be prepared to rock the body & mind. DWY can be challenging to newer students, but always accessible and really fun! If you are breathing, you are practicing yoga! Come and enjoy the community, the music, and the yoga ride!
