There is still time to join us for our 16th cycle of our 200hr All Levels Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training program.
In 10 months you will become a certified Lucky Cat Yoga Teacher of All Levels Vinyasa Yoga teacher who will be able to register with Yoga Alliance. You will learn the art of yoga and meditation, that includes essential foundational postures, yoga anatomy, meditations, breath work, yoga sequencing, mantra, prop use, history, philosophy, intro to: chair, kids, and prenatal yoga, and the business of yoga.
(NO FULL DAY IMMERSIONS!)

Saturday 12:15-4:15
+plus 1-2 hours of a virtual component.

You can miss up to 3 Saturday lectures, before you have to pay to make up the missed sessions. ($50 per session)
1-2 practice per week for 10 months with Eric and Erin
