Everything in life Ebb and Flows, there is calm at times and chaos at others. Happiness and sunny days and sadness and rainy days, life is constantly changing. Step onto your Mat and find a bit of peace and serenity through yoga, meditation and pranayama. Through these things you can bring awareness to your body and mind, then when you are off your Mat and out in the world when your in the Ebb of life you can regain that moment from your practice and move with more ease and peacefulness as it passes. I want to share the gifts of my teachings with all that seek to find an inner peace or heal from things that may be harming them. I am available for private sessions or group sessions.

Day 2 of training, and this experience has been nothing short of transformative. This journey has shown me how deeply healing it can be to lean into something for myself.

I had no idea how much science, vulnerability, and intention go into holding space for the sauna and cold plunge experience. It’s not just about the physical benefits—it’s about connection, presence, and creating a safe environment for growth and healing.

I’m so grateful for the community that has held space for me and for the opportunity to hold space for others in return. This is just the beginning of something truly powerful. 💙

🌿 Last night was the first time since closing the studio that I taught a class and truly felt the healing and magic of creating space.

I was reminded of my why—why I teach, why I hold space, why I’ve always believed in the power of connection.

For a while, I sat with the discomfort, questioning if the joy would ever return. But last night, in the movement, the breath, and the energy shared, it all came rushing back.

I’m so grateful for this path, for the moments that challenge us, and for the reminders of how beautiful it can be when we lean into the process.
