Wellness has always been a large part of my life.
But when perimenopause hit- the brain fog, bloating, energy shifts, sleep changes made the work more personal.
Because perimenopause isn’t a cosmetic issue and something we just accept.
It’s a biological transition.
Hormones shift. Inflammation shifts. Stress response shifts.
And when biology shifts, everything shifts including how your skin responds, how you recover, and how you feel in your body.
That’s when I became even more intentional about how we approach wellness in our clinic.
Measured. Adaptive. Clinically guided.
Not guessing. Not masking symptoms.
Not accepting decline as inevitable.
Aging is natural.
But unnecessary suffering through it?
That’s not something we should normalize.
We should understand it.
Support it.
And thrive through it.
