Located in the heart of downtown Tampa, this space reflects Frazier & Deeter’s core values—fostering collaboration, innovation, and strong connections with clients.

The Design Team blended clean lines with calming hues of white and tan to create a workspace that balances productivity with comfort, all while offering stunning city views that inspire every day. 🌆

TBC recently had the privilege of building the new office space for voltairconsultingengineers—a certified minority-owned engineering firm known for innovative mechanical, electrical, and plumbing solutions. From Tampa to Texas, VoltAir brings exceptional engineering expertise nationwide, and we’re thrilled to have created a space that reflects their vision and values.

In this project, TBC constructed some unique plexiglass windows for the offices, chosen not only for privacy but also to give the office a distinctive, modern look that matches VoltAir’s creative engineering approach. We’re proud to have brought this fun space to life!

We were moved by the generosity of all who participated, especially the Bell-Barnett Family, whose remarkable $5M gift will help fuel breakthroughs and inspire new possibilities for those impacted by T1D.
