DO NOT come inside Performance Massage without a face mask. And please DO NOT claim that you have a breathing condition that you did not list on your client intake form which now prevents you from complying with basic CDC guidelines. PLEASE understand that we work with top ranked amateur and professional athletes, those rehabilitating from injury, and those suffering from chronic pain who CANNOT afford for themselves and those associated with them to become ill. It is our mission to do everything in our power to not only insure universal standards of cleanliness, but to provide the confidence that our clients should be better off when finished with their treatment.
We apologize for any inconvenience to any of our current and future clients that our following of CDC guidelines may cause. Unlike the big box massage chains, we do not allow anyone past the front door without a mask and a no touch temperature check. All of our appointment times are staggered so no client need to be in contact with any other client. Besides the usual 15 minutes between clients and additional 15 minutes has been added to sanitize all client and LMT contact areas.
Please note that I and the other Performance Massage therapists have lives outside of our business. I myself have a new grandson who just turned six months old and his mom who is a critical care pulmonologist on the front lines of the COVID-19 coronavirus. I will do everything in my control to keep my family and yours safe.
