My personal philosophy as a board certified plastic surgeon is to be a perfectionist: striving for the best possible results, while keeping the safety, comfort and well-being of my patients in mind at all times. Cosmetic plastic surgery can enhance your appearance and boost your self-confidence by modifying facial features, changing body contours or increasing/decreasing breast size. These positive changes can contribute to you leading a happier, healthier and more youthful lifestyle, where you are no longer self-conscious about your appearance. Dr. Stan Castor and his staff bring together a combination of professionalism, compassion, confidentiality, and expertise in innovative procedures to help you with all your cosmetic needs. Dr. Castor then studied medicine at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia. He completed his internship and residency in General Surgery at Emory University Affiliated Hospitals in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Castor continued his training in Plastic Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, OH. In addition, he completed a prestigious cosmetic surgery fellowship with world-renowned plastic surgeons Drs. Upon completion of his training, Dr. Castor practiced plastic and reconstructive surgery for nine years with the Watson Clinic located in Lakeland, FL. He has practiced in the Tampa Bay area for several years now. Dr. Castor is board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a member of the American Society for Plastic Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons, and the Tampa Bay Reconstructive and Plastic Surgeons Society. Dr. Castor is a repeat recipient of the Patients’ Choice Award and has been named as one of America's Top Surgeons in the 2010 Guide to America’s Top Surgeons by the Consumers Research Council. Dr. Castor is married with three children and lives in Lakeland. His solid background of training and education, combined with his caring attitude and genuine interest in his patients, make him an excellent, respected plastic surgeon. He brings a wealth of superb training and new, state of the art techniques to the Tampa Bay area.
