Job Opportunity: Direct Care Staff

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? We are currently seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Care Staff to care for disabled adults.

Starting Salary: $15 per hour

Responsibilities:

Providing personal care and support to disabled adults.
Assisting with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks.
Building positive relationships and fostering a supportive environment.
Requirements:

Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
Prior experience in caregiving preferred but not required.

I'm truly impressed with Big Heart Group Homes and their staff. They create such a welcoming and positive environment, it's like living among friends. They celebrate milestones and achievements with so much love and enthusiasm, it's impossible not to feel appreciated and valued. The staff are incredible - they're always ready to lend a helping hand or share a kind word. Their dedication to supporting residents' dreams and aspirations is truly inspiring. I'm grateful for places like this and the amazing work that they do in Tampa, Florida.
