A modern, cozy loft style studio located in the heart of Ybor City in Tampa, Florida. There is a class for practitioners of all levels. We offer group classes, private sessions and yoga teacher training. No matter which class you attend, the instructors will provide modifications for each posture and incorporate props in order for all practitioners to find their fullest expression and edge within each pose. Street parking is available until 6PM. After 6PM, find 2-Hour Parking Spot or park in the metered parking lot just north of the railroad tracks (just a block away). 🌟 They’ve arrived! After 6 months of dedication, growth, and transformation, our newest Yoga Loft graduates are now fully certified yoga teachers! 🙌

From day one to final savasana, these incredible students showed up with heart, strength, and commitment. We could not be more proud (Or emotional 🥲). Their journey wasn’t easy, but it was absolutely worth it.

We are a approved Yoga Teacher Training and our YTT is an immersive, in-person experience ($3000 for 6 months) that equips you with the skills, confidence, and support to step into your role not only as a teacher, but a leader in your community.

Our next round begins March 2026 and applications are now OPEN!
