Tom Peters, one of the most influential thinkers in modern business leadership, once said:
excellent firms don’t believe in excellent only in constant improvement the best organizations never assume they figured it out. They keep asking better questions, they keep learning, they keep improving how they make decisions.

The same is becoming true in healthcare for years.

Clinical decisions were based mostly on experience and observation and experience matters, but the next level of improvement comes from understanding something deeper: what the patient system is actually ready for.

Because two patients can look the same on the surface yet their nervous system energy and recovery capacity can be completely different and the clinicians who start paying attention to readiness before prescribing load are the ones quietly shaping the future of care.

We feel incredibly fortunate to have been invited to the first U.S.-based Winback Academy Summit last week in Stamford!

This incredible experience brought together Winback Ambassadors and clinicians from a wide range of specialties across the U.S., Mexico, Spain, and France. The focus of the summit was on aligning training standards, strengthening clinical application, and creating a more consistent approach to onboarding—along with an updated, deeper dive into Care+ utilization.

The event was the perfect mix of hands-on sessions, practical workshops, and collaborative discussions, giving everyone the opportunity to share insights, refine techniques, and continue raising the bar for patient care.

We’re excited to bring what we learned back to our community and continue advancing how clinicians apply this technology in practice. 💡🌎
