Last week in Tampa, we came together for our National Sales Training Meeting and had an incredible time collaborating in person!

Under the theme “Together, We Scale” we gained valuable insights and inspiration from our amazing guest speakers:

- Pat D’Amico, Matrix Achievement Group, who led the team through a multi-day “The Best Seller: The Neuroscience of Selling” program, sharing strategies to strengthen leadership and drive high-performing teams.

- Karen Compton, DMO for Smile Brands, who provided real-world insights on practice growth and building strong partnerships.

- Dr. Luigi Massa, Peak Dental, who offered expert perspectives on patient experience with removables, equipping our team with insights to better support our customers and ultimately enhance outcomes for their patients.

A huge thank you to everyone who made this event possible including our special guest speakers, sales team, DDS Lab leadership, the lab team, and of course all our attendees. Your energy and collaboration made this event unforgettable.

We’re more excited than ever to scale up together and continue delivering exceptional results in 2026!
