At DDS Lab we take all issues seriously. Here is an example of our Director of Customer Care, Miguel, going above and beyond to remove a “mouse” from the lab (well…. a computer mouse).

While it may have taken 30+ minutes to figure out, it’s a funny example of the same dedication our team shows every day to solve real customer needs. From complex case questions to urgent requests, we go the extra mile to provide a safe, reliable, and responsive experience.

This season is a powerful reminder of the importance of gratitude and giving back.

At DDS Lab, we believe gratitude is best shown through action. Our team joined forces to create hygiene kits for individuals and families in our community, working with Metro Ministries to help ensure they reach those who need them most.
