In honor of National Hospice & Palliative Care Month, Hospice Women of Philanthropy shared a special gift with our front line heroes!

🚗💙 Every LifePath Hospice clinical team member received a steering wheel tray—a handy companion for charting and lunch on the go. These trays are a small “thank you” for the dedication and heart our teams bring to our community every day.

Our Cornerstone Hospice team, a proud Chapters Health affiliate, honored Veterans and their families during a special Veterans Day celebration at Hunt Trace Senior Living in Clermont.

With two heartfelt ceremonies — one for Memory Care residents and another for Assisted Living — our team recognized 10 Veterans and 17 widows for their service and sacrifice. Thank you to Volunteer Veteran Diana Pagan, Chaplain Java Mattison, and ADL Winnie Reyes for leading this meaningful day of remembrance.
