For Adam Holm, Camp Braveheart is more than a camp. It’s a place that helped shape his healing and inspired him to help others. Adam first attended grief camp in 2005 after losing his grandfather. Years later, he reconnected with Chapters Health System and returned, this time as a volunteer supporting children experiencing grief and loss.

After losing his mother in 2023, Adam served as a Camp Volunteer. “It feels good to give back to kids who are experiencing grief and loss,” Adam shared. Thank you, Adam, for helping children and families find connection, support and hope through grief!

We are always seeking adults and high school students to sort and price donations, restock merchandise on the sales floor, organize clothing racks, shelves and displays, operate the cash register, assist customers, and help keep the store neat and clean.🛒 Our volunteers enjoy a friendly work environment, flexible schedules, a special discount, and recognition throughout the year!
