Carlos Medina is a Dispatch Supervisor at ProCare and has been with the company since October 2016. Carlos is responsible for the supervision, coaching and development of team members to improve efficiency and productivity. He also conducts quarterly and annual performance reviews to help team members identify areas needing improvement and encourage them to build upon their strengths. In the first few days of our Toy/Food Drive benefitting Metropolitan Ministries, our employees have generously filled two barrels of food (including a freezer full of frozen turkeys) and toys that will be distributed to families in our community who need it most. Together, we can provide HOPE one meal at a time.
