Had an incredible weekend in Napa, California! 🍇

I was grateful for the opportunity to speak to a wonderful room of people about my practice, the work I’m passionate about, and to share a moment of mindfulness together at Napa Hall.

Feeling thankful for the connections, conversations, and the chance to bring a little more presence and awareness into such a beautiful space. 🧘‍♀️

Las Vegas is on the horizon. ✨

This June, I’ll be heading to Psych Congress Elevate 2026 to share space, ideas, and conversation with clinicians from across the field. Being part of the New & Emerging Voices program is an honor, and I’m excited to contribute to discussions that support growth, leadership, and sustainability, especially for early-career professionals.

The work we do as clinicians extends far beyond the therapy room. How we connect, learn, and challenge one another professionally matters, and I’m looking forward to being part of those moments in person.

If you’re attending, I’d love to meet and say hello! 💗

I’m excited to share that I was recently featured as a guest on The Trauma Therapist Podcast! 🎙️

In this conversation, we talk about identity, healing, leadership, and what it really means to stop shrinking yourself and fully own your story. I also share parts of my personal journey and the work I do supporting high-achieving professionals navigating transitions, imposter syndrome, and high-pressure environments.

Thank you Guy Macpherson for having me on the podcast!

The other weekend, I had the opportunity to spend time with the students of the USF Upward Bound Program, and it was such a meaningful experience.

Grateful for the chance to share, connect, and hopefully plant seeds of confidence and clarity that they can carry forward. ❤️

✨WE ARE HIRING ✨

Mindfully Mine Counseling Center is growing and seeking independently licensed clinicians (LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist) to join our telehealth group practice serving New Jersey.

We support adults and couples navigating burnout, anxiety, identity shifts, and life transitions, often high-achieving individuals who appear to have it all together but feel stretched thin. Our practice was created to be a calm, intentional space for meaningful, depth-oriented clinical work.

🌿 This role may be a great fit if you:
• Enjoy working with high-performing adults and couples
• Value evidence-based, relational care
• Prefer a boutique practice over a high-volume model
• Want flexibility with supportive leadership

🤍 We provide:
Client referrals, intake coordination, HIPAA-compliant EHR/telehealth (SimplePractice), marketing support, and thoughtful client–clinician matching.

💰 Competitive per-session contractor split.

📩 To apply: Email hello@iammindfullymine.com
with your resume/CV, license type, and brief statement of clinical interests.
