During National Public Health Week, we’re highlighting how social drivers of health impact well-being far beyond the clinic. Factors like housing, education, income, and access to affordable health insurance all play a critical role in shaping healthier communities.

Through our Health Begins Now program, we provide services to individuals enrolled in the Hillsborough County Healthcare Plan, helping ensure they have the support and coverage needed.
