🚨 FMCSA Removes Non-Compliant ELD from Registered List 🚨
Today, FMCSA removed one Electronic Logging Device (ELD) from its list of approved devices for use in commercial motor vehicles.

“This action reflects FMCSA’s continued commitment to ensuring that only compliant, reliable ELDs are in use and is part of the agency’s ongoing efforts to remove non-compliant, unsafe devices from operation,” said FMCSA Administrator Derek D. Barrs.

🔹 Drivers using the revoked ELD must switch to paper logs immediately.
🔹 Motor carriers have 60 days to replace the device.

🚸 National School Bus Safety Week!

School buses are one of the safest ways for kids to travel — but the biggest risk isn’t inside the bus, it’s getting on and off.

Drivers: always stop for flashing lights and the extended stop arm.
Parents: teach kids to stay back from the curb and only cross in front of the bus when the driver says it’s safe.

Let’s all do our part to keep children safe around school buses.

Operating in noisy environments can do a lot more than just damage hearing. Prolonged exposure can have serious impacts on health and well-being.

We are proud to collaborate with the International Safety Equipment Association, the OSHA Alliance Program and the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation to help educate EHS professionals on the effects of noise exposure and how you can help support your team.
