This week is all about honoring the strength, love, and dedication behind every feed—whether it’s for one day, one month, or one year 💛

To all the parents showing up (tired, leaky, anxious, and full of love): you are seen, supported, and celebrated. The work you’re doing is important, and it’s not always easy.

Although this week is for celebrating breastfeeding, we know that every feeding journey looks different.

“Is this it?”

It’s one of the most common questions we hear — and the truth is, labor can begin in a few different ways.

Here are some signs you might be in labor:

🔄 Consistent contractions – They start coming at regular intervals and gradually get stronger and closer together.
💧 Water breaking – It might be a big gush or a slow, steady trickle.
🩸 Bloody show – A pink or blood-tinged mucus discharge, often a sign that your cervix is starting to open.
🔽 Pelvic pressure – You may feel baby dropping lower into your pelvis.
🌀 Low back pain or cramps – Especially if they come and go rhythmically.

Every body and every birth is different — so trust your intuition and talk to your midwife or obgyn if you’re not sure.
