A common question I get from new clients is, “How many sessions will it take?”

Unfortunately, there is no number of treatments that corresponds with age, diagnosis, years of pain or dysfunction. Each person responds at their own rate, albiet KCR is highly effective and usually in as little as one or two treatments can bring about long lasting relief from chronic pain or injury.

Getting out of chronic pain is often like running a marathon and not a sprint. When you have pain, no one wants to hear it will take time before you feel better. We all want to feel better NOW but a lot of times that doesn’t happen right away. You have been in pain for many months and even years so after one session likely will not “solve the problem ",
But will set your body up to accelerate the healing process.

Clients typically begin to feel improvements after their first session and sometimes even resolution to the complaint, but this isn’t massage. We aren’t just trying to get a couple days of relief. We’re making changes to the body for LASTING relief.
