My precious people, please be sure whoever you hire for your post-op massages is certified, I keep hearing patients telling me that their previous therapist was too rough.

This massages should be light pressure sometimes the cheap is not the best.
Massages provided wrongly can cause fibrosis and other complications you dont want to have.

POST SURGERY SUGGESTIONS

-Drink lots of water to reduce swelling-
AVOID alcohol and sodium post-surgery
-Lymphatic massages are a MUST post-surgery
(20-30 highly recommended) Minimum 10.
-Arnica pills and tea are your best friend (It
helps with internal bruising and swelling).
-Diet changes and exercise will be the only
way to maintain the results long-term.
-Give yourself at least 6 months to 1 year to
see the final result.
