POST SURGERY SUGGESTIONS

-Drink lots of water to reduce swelling-
AVOID alcohol and sodium post-surgery
-Lymphatic massages are a MUST post-surgery
(20-30 highly recommended) Minimum 10.
-Arnica pills and tea are your best friend (It
helps with internal bruising and swelling).
-Diet changes and exercise will be the only
way to maintain the results long-term.
-Give yourself at least 6 months to 1 year to
see the final result.
