Let me ask you a question: When did you last put yourself first? Be honest. Was it this week? This month? Or maybe you can’t even remember the last time you made your health, your energy, and your well-being a priority.
And yet, here you are—juggling responsibilities, pouring yourself into your family, your career, and your community, and somewhere along the way, you’ve convinced yourself that your needs come last.
Enough is enough.
I’m here to tell you something, and I want you to let this really sink in: Your life is a reflection of the standards you set for yourself. And if you’ve been running on empty, pushing yourself to the back of the line, then it’s time to raise those standards—starting now.
The Radical Truth About Self-Care
Listen closely—self-care isn’t some fluffy, optional activity. It’s not a bubble bath or a spa day (though, those are great).
