One of my very favorite places is this rock at Rough Ridge in NC. This was the 10th time I have led a retreat at Art of Living Center for the Lotus Pond Center for Yoga and Health and it held all the enchantment as my very first visit. What a beautiful experience with the sweetest group of students I could imagine, not to mention teaching with my dear friend, Katie Beene! Good times, good life 💜
