Baymar Solutions was founded on the belief that we could provide better customer service than our competition. We felt that we could do better through achieving an in-depth understanding of the requirements, requesting and acting on constant feedback from the entire team, and keeping our employees excited to work for Baymar. With these beliefs, we know we can provide superior customer service to our clients. In order to achieve an in-depth understanding of the requirements, we will meet with our clients at least once before quoting and another time at project initiation. From these meetings, we will establish written requirements which all the key team members will approve. These requirements will be part of a living document as lessons are learned and the project progresses. Having a complete set of up-to-date requirements and buy-in from the entire team is key to delivering exactly what our clients want. Once the project is underway, we will request constant feedback throughout the process. This helps to ensure that the project stays on course and that the customer is satisfied throughout the process. If there is something not working for our clients and they let us know, we can adjust immediately and correct the issue. Other companies tend to wait until the end of a project to ask for feedback, and by then, it’s too late to correct. By understanding where we stand with the customer and all the team members throughout the project, we can make immediate corrections to provide superior customer service. You’ll often hear that the most important part of any business is the people. At Baymar, we know that to be true and we’ve established a very talented internal team as well as a creative and highly skilled extended team. We believe that family should be the most important part of anyone’s life and we allow employees to work flexible hours in order to maximize their time with their family. We also offer a strong benefit and reward package not normally seen at smaller companies. This results in a team that feels well taken care of and reduces external stresses so that they can focus on providing innovative solutions to our clients. Baymar lives these beliefs on a daily basis and we know that you’ll see a difference in the customer service you receive because of them. We had a great time last week at the Bay Area Manufacturers Association (BAMA) Manufacturer's Night with the Tampa Bay Lightning! Did you know our President and CEO Andrew McCutchen plays hockey every week for fun (and bruises)?
Andy recently joined the Board of Directors for BAMA and brought our Program Manager to the game. Bonus: we won! 4-0. GO BOLTS!!!! ⚡⚡⚡

Andrew McCutchen and Jennifer Morris, SHRM-CP attended the Grand Opening of AmSkills and the 10th Annual Manufacturing Awards hosted by the Upper Tampa Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce and had a great time seeing many of our friends in one place, under one roof. Congratulations to Tom Mudano and the AmSkills, Inc. team for the beautiful facility and seeing the results of all your dedication and hard work over the years. It was a pleasure to celebrate with you and we’re excited to see what you do next! 😃
