Once the project is underway, we will request constant feedback throughout the process. This helps to ensure that the project stays on course and that the customer is satisfied throughout the process. If there is something not working for our clients and they let us know, we can adjust immediately and correct the issue. By understanding where we stand with the customer and all the team members throughout the project, we can make immediate corrections to provide superior customer service.
