"My approach is I do not have patients..
I have friends who happens to be my patients."

Dr. O'Neal has served 24 years in the U.S. air force.

During this time he has started many clinically and administrative positions for the USAF.
He has been deployed on 2 different occasions once the Guantanamo Bay and Saudi Arabia during Desert Storm.

This experience provides him with a unique ability to understand some of the subtleties that might occur to veterans.
Dr. O'Neal also managed the Gulf War Syndrome evaluation program follow active duty at MacDill Air Force base.
While evaluating 250 veterans, he was able to provide diagnoses in 248 of those veterans.
