TrueBlue Clinical Research (TBCR) is a family-owned clinical research center proudly serving the Tampa Bay community since 2006.

At TrueBlue Clinical Research, we’re dedicated to improving lives through science, compassion, and community. 💙 Discover new possibilities in health and join us in shaping a brighter, healthier tomorrow. We have conducted more than 350 clinical trials across dermatology, vaccines, metabolic health, neurology, cardiology, and other therapeutic areas. Our mission is to provide access to cutting-edge treatments, high-quality medical care, and education about the importance of clinical trials—all at no cost to participants. Patients in our studies receive care from board-certified physicians, study medications at no charge, compensation for time and travel, and transportation support when needed. Beyond advancing medicine, TBCR is committed to outreach and collaboration. We work with local practices, community organizations, and support groups to expand awareness and access to clinical research opportunities. Whether you are a patient interested in learning about enrolling studies or a community partner seeking collaboration, we are here to help.

This year marks 20 years of Moore Clinical Research growing into TrueBlue Clinical Research — and it’s a moment we’re incredibly proud of.

What started with Joe’s passion for science, deep knowledge of clinical research, and commitment to helping our community has grown into something truly meaningful. From the beginning, Joe believed in doing things the right way — leading with integrity, heart, and a constant drive for excellence.

Over the years, Jeff has played an equally important role in shaping the company we are today, bringing leadership, belief in people, and the mindset that every challenge has a solution.

Like any 20-year journey, there have been moments of growth, change, and challenges. Through it all, we are especially grateful for the team members who stood by us, believed in the mission, and helped keep moving forward.

Our Story

MOORE Clinical Research, Inc. is a privately owned and operated clinical research center founded in 2006 with three convenient locations in the Tampa Bay area (South Tampa, Temple Terrace and Brandon). We offer the community a variety of clinical trials for their participation, generally in the fields of dermatology and internal medicine. Participation in a clinical trial allows you to play a more active role in your own health care, gain access to new treatments before they are widely available and to help others by contributing to the advancement of medicine through your participation. Participants do not need health insurance and they are compensated for their time via re-loadable debit cards.
