The 3 to 1 technique is the foremost exercise to enter into your meditation. It quickly adjusts your thought process to initialize your brain to adjust from the beta stage to the alpha stage. Lowering the frequency your brains activity is achieved by relaxing as much as possible while remaining 100% conscious.

My name is Sax DMA and I have attempted to squeeze as much juice out of Life that I possibly could. I've been blessed and I have taken massive action to achieve just about everyone of my goals. Everything from record with platinum artists, to producing some of NYC's most interesting events as well as created a non profit in the Philippines to address malnutrition in children. Throughout the past two and a half decades I have given countless numbers of younger people advice. Helped them with their dilemmas by telling them my personal stories.
