Great Morning! Today we choose to honor our boundaries. As you work on protecting your peace, sometimes the establishment of healthy boundaries are not popular. Remember, boundaries are all about becoming clear on your values and your priorities, and then setting limits accordingly. The HEALTHY people in your life will reveal themselves!

Great Morning!! Today we choose to be inspired by others achievements, NOT inferior! Today, we will not compare our lives with what others ALLOW us to see. “Comparison is an act of violence against the self.”

Good morning!! Today we choose to remind ourselves to stop expecting ourselves from other people.
When there is an expectation of mirrored behavior and/or reciprocation from others, this can lead to disappointment and mental turmoil.
Today, we can start to detach from disappointment by knowing that we are ALWAYS true to who we are.
That our kindness may not receive compensation.
That our healthy boundaries are in place.
Tempering our expectations of other people can greatly reduce unnecessary frustration and suffering, and help to refocus on the things that truly matter.

Then, try to cultivate a curious, compassionate and nonjudgmental stance with your own emotions. Today, be kind to yourselves...

Good morning! Today we choose to celebrate the beauty of boundaries! First, understand that boundaries are not meant to punish, but are for your well-being and protection. It begins with self awareness... Setting boundaries isn’t selfish. It’s self-love – you say “yes” to yourself each time you say “no” to people, places or things that no longer serve you well. Welcome back to you!!

If you have questions or concerns about Veteran mental health, please reach out to a trained professional/therapist, VA hospital, Vet Center, or call the Veterans Crisis Line at 1-800-273-8255 (press 1).
