My biggest problem here is supplementation to avoid treating the root cause. Your body MAKES vitamin D. It needs cholesterol and the sun to do both. Slathering chemical laden sunscreens on your body blocks this conversion no matter how much sun you get. We literally are creating our own deficiencies and then artificially supplementing that mistake. Get outside, get real sun, utilize sunscreens minimally when in direct sun that only utilize ingredients that are non-toxic.
