This very nice lady had a lower lid reconstruction with a Hugh’s flap. She was left with a thickened lower lid and upper lid retraction. She was told by her surgeon nothing could be done. Fortunately she found us and we repaired both upper and lower lids. 36 years of experience makes a difference. 📲813-877-8665
