From confirmation bias to the anchoring effect, cognitive biases quietly shape our decisions at work, in relationships, and even in how we see ourselves. The tricky part? We usually notice them in others first.

Awareness is the first intervention. When we slow down, question our assumptions, and invite different perspectives, we make better choices.

When I’m not in session, you might find me on my motorcycle—helmet on, road ahead, mind fully present.

Riding reminds me of a lot of what therapy is about:
staying grounded, paying attention to what’s coming up, and knowing when to slow down or take a break.
