I'm excited to have (finally) completed a Certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy through PESI. When I first graduated with my master's I was eager, bright eyed, and perhaps overly ambitious 😂 Thirteen days after graduation I signed up for a 3-day 20+ hour course of DBT... and never finished it 😅 Life happened, as it always does, and before I knew it three years had passed. However, with a few years experience under my belt and a renewed clinical focus, I busted out the course materials and finished. This valuable learning experience has provided me a solid foundation in DBT principles and facilitation. I'm now motivated to expand my knowledge and further develop my skills with DBT-LBC.
