Hey Y’all! I never got a chance to properly introduce myself!. I started my own remote fitness coaching company called BeyondTheGymFitness (BTGFitness). We help beginners or athletes with overall fitness goals from weight loss to muscle tine in 90 days without making extreme changes to their life.
This is my CALLING! Some of you know me as the athlete, while others only know the coach. I've had my share of ups & downs with athletic injuries & setbacks. Learning overall fitness helped change that. From corrective exercises to mobility training, a proper diet and heavy weight will only get you so far. I'm here for those clients who want to work on their complete self.
