The founder of Tampa, Florida based UltraSports Massage Therapy specializes in Myofascial Sports Massage, Structural Integration and the Kinesio Taping® Method for the treatment of his athletic clientele. e Therapy Association, where he served as Chairman of the Sports Massage Committee. Pete also served locally as the Coordinator of the FSMTA Tampa Bay Chapter Sports Massage Team and served on the Kinesio Taping® Association Education Committee. As a continuing education provider approved by the State of Florida and the NCBTMB, Pete teaches Myofascial Sports Massage courses and the Kinesio Taping® Method as a Certified Kinesio Taping® Instructor. In 2011, Pete travelled to Moscow Russia to present his courses to Physicians from several Russian National Sports Teams. The Kinesio Taping® courses are also approved for continuing education credit for certain State’s physical therapists, occupational therapists and athletic trainers. Pete has organized the UltraSports Massage Team at events such as the Gasparilla Distance Classic and the St. He was selected by the 2004 Athens Health Services Sports Massage Team for the Athens Olympic Games and is a Level 2 Olympic Sports Massage Therapist in the USOC Volunteer Sports Medicine Program. From 1999 to 2007, Pete worked as a massage therapist in the New York Yankees system. Pete is an experienced ultramarathon runner with over 40 marathons and ultramarathons to his credit, including the 1995 St. George (Utah) Marathon (PR 3:13:12) and the 2000 Vermont 100 Mile Endurance Run (PR 23:30).
